According to the Public Relations Office of the University of Kurdistan, in a decree issued by Dr. Zamani, President of the Technical and Vocational University, on October 27, 2025, Dr. Khabat Nesaei was appointed as the "Head of the Sanandaj Technical and Vocational College for Boys (Shahid Yazdanpanah)."

The decree also expressed sincere appreciation for the efforts and services of Mr. Arman Montashelou during his tenure in this position.
